Essay 1-02a : Univercity Life

 I’d like to talk about my school life. First, I want to talk about going to school. My hometown is so far from KGU. My hometown is Yathusiro. It is about 40 kilo meters distance from the school, so I always come to school by train. If I have first class, I have to wake up at six o’clock, and leave my house at seven o’clock and take a train for more than one hour. I am always sleepy. To go to the station, I always ride on my moped. When I graduate my high school, I got a driving license. I love my moped because the form looks cool and everyone doesn’t ride on my bike’s type.

 I have three goals: first, middle, and final goal. My first goal was making friends. It was achieved. I am with my friend and almost everyday eats lunch. They are always kind and help me. I appreciate with their kindness. Middle goal is not to be lazy. Japanese says ‘nakadarumi’ it means some of us will be lazy if we are used to be our new life. In other words, if we are used to our new school life, we think that maybe I don’t have to go to school once. Not to be like this man, I made the middle goal. Final goal is to be a good English speaker. To be the man, I always study English and see movies with subtitle.

 I want to talk about my friends at KGU. They have each good point, so I can rely on my friends. If I forgot about our homework, they tell me what I should do. They always help me, so I help them as long as I can.

 I have wanted to be an English teacher. To be a teacher, I have to learn more about America. That’s why; I study about English, history, England, like that. To know my English skill, often I take a TOEIC test, but the score doesn’t up. To get more high score, I am going to study harder than mow. In this second grade, I get a huge number of homework, so I want to finish it as soon as I can, and I want to prepare to go to kaigaikensyuu. If I go there, I am asked for more vocabularies I know. Not to confuse myself, I want to have more vocabularies, and understand the way to using.

 The campus is very beautiful because there are many trees. If the leaves turned red or yellow, the view of three became beautiful than before. Buildings are covered with red brick. It makes us comfort. If there is only I am, I can relax without other stress. There is smoking area. It makes me happy because I don’t like this smell. If I inhale the smoke, I cannot stop coughing. To divide someone who smoke or not is very nice system for me. The campus is very comfortable for me and the others.

 I found that since I enter KGU I could have had my free time than before. If I don’t have class, I can do anything what I want to do. For example, I can read books, do home works, and talk with friends. I usually do my homework or read books. When I spend the time, I feel that I can do whatever I want to and I am living full life. To have this time I can do my hobbies. My hobby is listening to music and reading books. They take away my daily stress from me. Moreover, collage students have long term vacations. So I can go to trip easily. Last year, I went to Nagasaki for trip. And this year, I am going to go to Osaka to go to universal studio japan. In this respect, I can experience until I am college student. I can have pert time job. To do it will make me grow because I can have relation with other age people and have experience many kinds of working, so I have part time job, too.

My university is very interesting. There are a lot of trees. I came here to study English for my dream. The dream is to be an English teacher. So, I always study English and history. I could make some friends. They always make me fun. I like them. I always eat lunch with them. I think we are good friends.

Golden Week Plans

My Golden Week Plans is going to Aso. Because there are very famous places and foods. I had been there many times, but I have never been to Ichinomiya town. There is a temple and some shops. I wanted to go there for a long time. If I went to there, I want to eat some foods. There is a famous soft cream shop. The soft cream seems to taste milky. I want to go as soon as I can. But I have a problem. This is the way to Aso will be traffic jam. Maybe I will be so tired if I got in traffic jam.

BR 1-06 : Macbeth

“In Dunsinane Castell, King Duncan of Scotland was waiting for news.”(p5) I read Macbeth which is written by William Shakespeare. I want to tell the summary, but I found that the book is very interesting. You should read it without outline. In this story, there is speedy changing of scenes, so it is impossible without putting things in order. Shakespeare’s novel is very famous and it is read by all over the world. All of his novels have many feelings: sad, funny, anger, like that. If you read his novels, you could be enjoyed by moved your emotions. BR 1-05 : HAMLET

“It was a bitterly cold night in the Kingdom of Elsinore, in Denmark.”(p3) I read Hamlet. This is written by William Shakespeare. He is one of the most famous writers. In this story, there is Hamlet who lost his father. One day, he saw his father’s ghost, and the ghost says that “I was killed”. After that, Hamlet starts to find the killer. And finally, he found the man. Then, the killer made a plan which is to kill Hamlet. However, unfortunately, the plan didn't success. I have heard about this book’s tittle, but I didn't know about this story. In other words, I knew only this tittle. Maybe there are more people like me. I suggest to read this book and learn about William Shakespeare.

BR 1-04: King Midas and the Gold

  　“King Midas ware very rich” ( Coroline Spatz, 2008, p.3).

 There was a king whose name is Midas. One day, he helped an old man. Few days later, the old man’s son came and said that thank you for helping may father, I’d like to do something for you. To hear the word, the king said that I want to have more money. The man’s son said the words, the king became to make gold. If the king touches something, it become gold. This is why, he cannot eat anything with using own hand.

 I thought this story tell us a too greed person must have had rewords.
